Inza, Colombia, in the high-altitude Macizo Colombiano plateau, known for its indigenous history and coffee. Established in 1577, it gained municipal status in 1907.

With around 30,000 residents, mostly small-scale coffee growers, the area’s traditional coffee varieties include Tabi, Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra.
