At Andrews Café Lounge, all food and beverages are made fresh to order. As such, refunds are subject to the conditions below:
In-Restaurant Orders
Refunds may be issued if:
The order was prepared incorrectly
The item was defective or not as described
There is a service issue warranting compensation
Requests must be made immediately during your visit.
Takeaway & Delivery Orders
Refunds may be provided if:
Items arrive damaged or incorrect
Items are missing from the order
The order fails to arrive

Non-Refundable Items
Consumed food or beverages
Partially eaten items
Orders where the issue cannot be validated
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
