Refunds & Returns Policy

At Andrews Café Lounge, all food and beverages are made fresh to order. As such, refunds are subject to the conditions below:

In-Restaurant Orders

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The order was prepared incorrectly

  • The item was defective or not as described

  • There is a service issue warranting compensation

Requests must be made immediately during your visit.

Takeaway & Delivery Orders

Refunds may be provided if:

  • Items arrive damaged or incorrect

  • Items are missing from the order

  • The order fails to arrive

Customers must notify us within 1 hour of receipt by contacting +40 722 830 760.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Consumed food or beverages

  • Partially eaten items

  • Orders where the issue cannot be validated

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
